With international certifications (EREPS, Europe Active), Ekaterina has coached clients across Mauritius, Australia, and Europe, designing high-impact plans that work in the real world. Whether it’s a working parent, a busy executive, or someone starting over, she delivers structure, support, and visible change.

clinical Exercise Physiologist | Strength & Conditioning Coach

Julien is a university-qualified exercise physiologist with a decade of professional experience in rehabilitation, neuromuscular performance, and injury prevention.

From elite athletes to stroke recovery, his clinical background enables him to design custom plans for those dealing with pain, dysfunction, or performance plateaus. His work bridges sports science and medical rehab, using evidence-based movement strategies to build strength, mobility, and long-term independence.

Julien has coached across Europe, Australia, and Mauritius, including time with professional rugby and boxing athletes.
